A holistic birth doula, Jesus follower, wife, and mom of four based in Covington, Georgia. I support families within a 65-mile radius with in-person care and virtually across the country, rooted in faith, trust, and the body’s divine wisdom. I’m passionate about informed birth, holistic living, and walking with women as they reclaim confidence in their design and choices.

I'm here to hold space for you. Not to direct your path, but to walk beside you as you claim it, offering guidance as needed. I'm here to support your confidence, protect your peace, and help you tap into the deep wisdom you already carry.
Birth is not just about ushering your baby from womb to the outside world, it's about stepping into motherhood with strength and clarity. And that begins when we trust birth.
I believe birth is a natural physiological process, not a medical event that needs to be managed. Our bodies are beautifully designed for birth, and when we are supported, informed, and trusted, birth often unfolds beautifully.
I believe in preserving the natural rhythms of birth, protecting the hormonal flow, and honoring the birthing woman as the authority in her space. Birth is not a one-size-fits-all, and your experience should reflect your values, your vision, and your intuition.
I cannot recommend Auna enough! I had the most amazing experience with her as my doula from start to finish. In the beginning she taught me so much about birth so I felt more prepared and answered any crazy pregnancy question I had. She relieved a lot of my anxiety of the unknown. She did not miss a beat when I needed her during labor. My family was amazed at how efficient she was at relieving my pain during each of my contractions. It made my labor so much for manageable and I could not have gone natural without her. Then, following birth, she helped me so much with breastfeeding. My baby was struggling with latching but with Auna’s help, breastfeeding is now a breeze! She was a just a text away throughout my entire journey and I will be using her for all future pregnancies!
